Resolution of the Management Board of Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny (Banking Guarantee Fund) of 26 November 2015 concerning the payment of guaranteed funds to the deposit holders of Spółdzielczy Bank Rzemiosła i Rolnictwa, co-operative bank based in Wołomin, due to the bank’s bankruptcy.

The Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. hereby provides the public with information about Resolution no. 87/DGD/2015 issued by the Management Board of Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny on 26 November 2015 concerning the payment of guaranteed funds to the deposit holders of Spółdzielczy Bank Rzemiosła i Rolnictwa.

Under the indicated resolution, Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. has to pay a mandatory fee of PLN 170,537,723.15 which will significantly increase the costs of Bank Zachodni WBK Group in Q4 2015
