Consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to qualify F series subordinated bonds as Tier 2 instruments of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.

In relation to current reports no. 4/2018, 11/2018 and 12/2018, the Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs you that on 12 June 2018 it received the consent of Polish Financial Supervision Authority for qualifying the F series subordinated bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,000,000,000 issued on 5 April 2018 by Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. as Tier 2 instruments of the Bank in accordance with Article 127(2)(2) of the Banking Law in conjunction with Article 63 of the Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012.
