Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“BZ WBK”) hereby encloses the notifications we obtained from:
- KBC Group NV and
- KBC Bank NV
on 28th March 2013 on directly sale of all BZ WBK shares held by KBC Bank NV and sale of all BZWBK shares held indirectly by KBC Group NV.
