Dates of publishing periodic reports

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. announces the following dates of publishing financial reports in 2012:

• Consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2011 - 2.02.2012
• Unconsolidated annual report for 2011 - 1.03.2012
• Consolidated annual report for 2011 - 1.03.2012
• Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2012 - 26.04.2012
• Consolidated half-yearly report for the H1 2012 - 26.07.2012
• Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2012 - 25.10.2012

Additionally, BZ WBK advises that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include condensed quarterly financial information and condensed half-yearly consolidated financial statements

§ 103 section 1 and § 101 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws from 2009, no 33, item 259).
