Change of the date of publishing selected unaudited consolidated financial information for 2022.

Santander Bank Polska SA, in relation to the current report no. 20/2022 of 18 November 2022, announces the new date of publishing selected unaudited consolidated financial information for 2022.

The selected unaudited consolidated financial information for 2022 will be published in a current report on 2.02.2023.

The other dates of publishing financial reports in 2023 have not changed.

Legal basis:
§ 80 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state. (Journal of Laws 2018.757 dated 2018.04.20, as amended).
