Change of the publication date of the interim report
In reference to current report No. 40/2018 dated 6 November 2019, Santander Bank Polska S.A. hereby informs about the change of the date of publication of the Consolidated half-yearly report for the H1 2019, including also condensed unconsolidated half-yearly financial statement ("Consolidated Half-Yearly Report").
The new date of publication of the Consolidated Half-Yearly Report is 23.07.2019.
Legal basis:
§ 80 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state. (Journal of Laws 2018.757 dated 2018.04.20).
