Settlement of the issue of senior non-preferred bonds series 1/2024.
In relation to the following reports: no. 6/2024 of 19 February 2024 and no. 15/2024 of 7 March 2024, the Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") hereby advises that on 2 April 2024, the issue of senior non-preferred bonds series 1/2024 with ISIN no. PLBZ00000341 ("Bonds") issued by the Bank was settled. All the Bonds totalling PLN 1,900,000,000.00 were taken up by the investors, on the terms specified in current report no. 15/2024 of 7 March 2024.
