The plan to appoint the new member of BZ WBK S.A. Management Board

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) advises that Mr. Juan de Porras will join the Management Board of the Bank soon.

Juan de Porras has vast professional experience gained while successfully performing different important functions. He used to work among others in Societe Generale as a deputy head of Corporate and Investment Banking and in RBS Global Banking and Markets as a member of senior management. In 2007 he joined Santander Group where recently he has worked as the Senior Banker of Energy.

Any additional information regarding the new member of the Management Board will be announced as soon as Mr. Juan de Porras is appointed as the Bank Management Board member.
