Change of interest rate on the PLBZ00000150 series bonds of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.

The Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. advises that on 15 June 2016 an interest rate was set for the next interest rate period for series PLBZ00000150 bonds of Bank Zachodni WBK with a total nominal value of PLN 500,000,000 (five hundred million PLN) issued by the Bank on 19 December 2013. In the next interest period the bonds will bear an interest rate of 2.95 % per annum. The next interest payment date is 19 December 2016. The rights attaching to the bonds remain unchanged.
