The resolution of Bank Guarantee Fund's Council determining the amount of contribution to the compulsory restructuring fund - update.

In addition to the current report no. 17/2021 dated 21 April 2021, the Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 21 April 2021 it received an information about the amount of the contribution to the resolution fund in 2021 imposed on Santander Consumer Bank S.A. (the Bank's subsidiary) calculated by the Council of the Banking Guarantee Fund (Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny) in the resolution no. 20/2021 dated 16 April 2021 inthe amount of PLN 19 033 627,23 (the amount includes the correction of the calculated contribution for 2020).

Taking into account the above the contribution to the resolution fund of both: the Bank and Santander Consumer Bank in 2021 amounts to: PLN 154 115 767.10
