Registration of amendments to the Bank's Statutes as adopted by the Annual General Meeting in National Court Register

Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby states that on 14 July 2020 it was informed that on 14 July 2020, the District Court for capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered into the National Court Register the changes to the Bank's Statute adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on 22 June 2020 (ref. WA XII.Ns-Rej. KRS 36977/20/412).

The amended and new provisions of Bank's Statute, and the consolidated text of the Bank's Statute including the amendments indicated in this report, are attached to this report.
