Settlement of the issue of senior non-preferred bonds series 1/2023.

In relation to the following reports: no. 3/2023 of 31 January 2023 and no. 11/2023 of 14 March 2023, the Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") hereby advises that on 30 March 2023, the issue of senior non-preferred bonds series 1/2023 with ISIN no. PLBZ00000325 ("Bonds") issued by the Bank was settled. All the Bonds totalling PLN 1,900,000,000.00 were taken up by the investors, on the terms specified in current report no. 11/2023 of 14 March 2023.
