AGM of BZWBK S.A. - list of shareholders with at least 5% of the total voting power

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby advises that at the Annual General Meeting of the Bank Shareholders held on 20 April 2011, Banco Santander S.A. with its registered office in Santander, Spain, was the only shareholder with at least 5% of the total voting power. The shares held by Banco Santander S.A. carried 69,912,653 votes, which constituted 99,8% votes on this Meeting and 95,67 total votes.
