Resignation of the Management Board Member of Santander Bank Polska S.A.

The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the Bank) informs that on 31 May 2022 the Bank received the resignation letter from the Management Board Member - Mr Carlos Polaino Izquierdo. This resignation is effective from 1 January 2023 and is due to his planned return to the global structures of the Banco Santander S.A. Group.
