Draft resolutions to be considered by the Annual General Meeting of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. - amendments

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (the "Bank") hereby presents the amended wording of the draft resolutions for items 11 and 12 of the agenda for the Annual General Meeting, relating to the proposed changes in the Bank's Statutes. The amendments were made in §25 of the Statutes.

As a result of the amendments, the Notice of the General Meeting published on the Bank's website will change accordingly. Information on the Annual General Meeting was communicated in the Bank's current report no. 5/2011.

Legal grounds:
§38 clause 1 point 2 and 3 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
