Resignation of the Management Board Vice President of Santander Bank Polska S.A.
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") informs that on 27 February 2024 the Bank received the resignation letter from Arkadiusz Przybył - the Management Board Vice President. This resignation is effective from 1 April 2024 and is related to his planned appointment to another role within the global Banco Santander S.A. Group.
Legal basis:
§ 5 item 4 of the Finance Minister's Regulation of 29th March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
