Resignation of the Bank's Management Board Vice President
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") informs that on 20th March 2019 the Bank received the resignation letter from the Management Board Vice President - Mr. Feliks Szyszkowiak. This resignation is effective as of 30th April 2019 and is due to his appointment for global executive role in Banco Santander Group.
