Zawiadomienie Banco Santander, S.A.

Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs, with reference to current reports no. 32/2024 and 33/2024 of 10 September 2024, that on 16 September 2024 it received from the shareholder Banco Santander, S.A. a notice on the change of share in the total votes in the Bank.

A copy of the notice is attached to this report. A notification sent via a system for the creation and transmission of notifications to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is available in Polish only.
